Before becoming a therapist, I worked for many years as a veterinary nurse. It was a role filled with care and responsibility but deep down, something still felt incomplete. I didn’t feel fully aligned with my path, as though a part of me was still waiting to be seen.
Becoming a mother of two brought even more intensity running a family home, facing financial pressure, trying to keep everything together while feeling quietly different within my own life story. I knew I wanted to help others in a deeper way, but I didn’t know how yet.
That quiet calling never left. And eventually, it led me here.
Through clinical hypnotherapy, I found not just tools but understanding. The ability to gently release what was no longer mine, to listen inwardly, and to find my way back to steadiness.
That’s the kind of space I now hold for others people from all walks of life, whether navigating anxiety, grief, addictive cycles, or a quiet sense of disconnection. I walk alongside you as you return to something you may have forgotten: your own clarity, your strength, your inner knowing.
This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about remembering who you’ve always been beneath the noise.
