-Confidentiality & Data Protection

All sessions are confidential, and I follow GDPR and Data Protection  guidelines as outlined on ico.org.uk.

Confidentiality may need to be ethically or legally broken if:

​

- There is reason to believe you or someone else is at serious risk of harm.

- Information is disclosed about potential harm or neglect of children or vulnerable adults.

- I am legally required to do so under subpoena.

- I will never share information with any other professional (including your GP) without your informed, written consent. Any shared information will remain non-specific and minimal.

- Brief session notes are kept for professional purposes and securely stored in a locked cabinet.

- All digital communication (texts, emails) is password-protected and accessible only to me.

- The premises are protected by 24/7 CCTV externally.

- Client records are retained for seven years in accordance with GDPR and insurance policy requirements.

- You are welcome to request a copy of your file or to request deletion of your records, provided such a request is made in writing via email or post.

Protecting your privacy is a sacred commitment at Soul Bridge Therapies.

All client information, including notes and communications, is kept strictly confidential.

While you may browse the Soul Bridge Therapies website anonymously, if you choose to submit personal details (e.g. for bookings), they will never be sold, shared, or misused.

Itake all reasonable measures to protect your data and maintain confidentiality. However, I cannot be held responsible for transmission errors or unauthorized access by third parties beyond my control.
