Soul Bridge Therapies : Practice Info & Client Agreement

No credit cards accepted. Third-party billing must be paid within 30 days or becomes client’s responsibility (+5% interest after 7 days from notification).
Cancellation Policy:
48 hrs notice required (excluding weekends). Late cancellations or missed appointments charged in full.
Planned holidays require 2 weeks notice. Sessions paid in advance are non-refundable, but may be transferred once within 30 days.
Confidentiality & Data:
All sessions are confidential, following GDPR. Files stored securely. Exceptions apply only if legally required or if there’s a serious risk of harm.
Referrals:
I may recommend another practitioner if I feel a different approach would serve you better.

Soul Bridge Therapy Terms, Agreements & Confidentiality Guidelines
Welcome to Soul Bridge Therapies. By choosing to work with me Ann Day at 7 School Lane, Bapchild, Sittingbourne, you are entering into a therapeutic agreement which may include Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, Shamanic Soul Retrieval, Human Design Analysis, or Soul Energetics®️ sessions. These guidelines are offered to ensure mutual clarity, comfort, and respect throughout our work together.
Appointments & Session Logistics
As there is no waiting area on site, please arrive at your scheduled time. If you arrive early, kindly wait in your car or a nearby space until your appointment begins. This protects the privacy and comfort of all clients and ensures I am present and grounded for your session.
My Sessions typically run for approximately 60-90 minutes and are usually scheduled weekly , fortnightly or 6 weekly depending on modality or unless we’ve agreed otherwise.
Please be aware that I adhere closely to session timings to honour the time and space of all clients.
Payments & Cancellations
A non refundable deposit is required for all bookings.
Individual sessions must be paid in full at least 24–48 hours in advance. Payments can be made by cash, bank transfer, or in person using the SumUp card terminal.
If you’re unwell experiencing a cold, cough, flu, or other symptoms please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule.
Should you need to change or cancel your appointment, please do so via text or phone at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed sessions or late cancellations will be charged in full.
Therapist Availability
I may not be available to answer calls between sessions. Please feel free to leave a voicemail, send a text, or email me if you need to make changes or ask questions I’ll respond as soon as I can.
Any periods of planned time off (such as annual leave) will be communicated to you well in advance.
Confidentiality & Data Protection
All sessions are confidential, and I follow GDPR and Data Protection guidelines as outlined on ico.org.uk.
Confidentiality may need to be ethically or legally broken if:
There is reason to believe you or someone else is at serious risk of harm.
Information is disclosed about potential harm or neglect of children or vulnerable adults.
I am legally required to do so under subpoena.
I will never share information with any other professional (including your GP) without your informed, written consent. Any shared information will remain non-specific and minimal.
Brief session notes are kept for professional purposes and securely stored in a locked cabinet.
All digital communication (texts, emails) is password-protected and accessible only to me.
The premises are protected by 24/7 CCTV externally.
Client records are retained for seven years in accordance with GDPR and insurance policy requirements.
You are welcome to request a copy of your file or to request deletion of your records, provided such a request is made in writing via email or post.
Referrals & Professional Integrity
Should I feel that your wellbeing would be better supported through a different therapeutic approach, I may suggest a referral to another professional. Any such recommendations will be clearly discussed with you.
Personal Responsibility & Shamanic Work
If engaging in Shamanic Soul Retrieval, you agree to take full responsibility for your own physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. By participating in this modality, you agree to release Ann Day from liability in relation to the outcomes of these sessions.
Hypnosis Audio & Safety
Never listen to hypnosis recordings while driving or operating machinery. Always choose a quiet, secure environment.
Audio tools are supportive but not a substitute for personal effort your transformation arises from your own willingness and commitment to change.

As a qualified and accredited therapist, I hold deep care for your process. However, my work is complementary not a replacement for medical advice or treatment. I do not offer diagnosis or medical prescriptions.
Hypnotherapy and related services cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Results vary depending on your readiness, engagement, and unique life context.
In some cases, I may request that you consult with your GP before beginning therapy, especially if medical symptoms need to be ruled out.
Hypnotherapy is not suitable for everyone, particularly for those with certain mental health conditions. I reserve the right to decline hypnotherapy where I feel it may not serve your best interests. In such instances, you may be referred to your GP or another appropriate professional.
Any session estimates I provide are offered as a guide, not a fixed treatment timeline. We will review your progress together regularly.
